Over the years, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has always played a core role in propagating and mobilizing people to agree on site clearance for key projects, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.

In Hung Ha commune, the road project from Thai Binh ward to Hung Ha commune connecting with Pho Hien ward is a key traffic project, reclaiming nearly 37.6 hectares, involving more than 1,300 plots of land of 871 households. In addition to the residential land and agricultural land that must be reclaimed, some households also have to move the graves of their relatives. This is a sensitive issue that requires grassroots front cadres to do a good job of propaganda and choose appropriate and convincing methods of mobilization.
The family of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Vai, Hop Doai village is one of 6 households whose graves must be relocated to serve the project. Mrs. Vai shared: “My husband and I are relatives who take care of and worship the heroic Vietnamese mother Nguyen Thi Moi. She passed away in 2020 and was buried in the village cemetery. When we were informed that the road would pass through, the grave would need to be moved, so in early November 2025, the family took the initiative to do so. We understand that the completed road will create a spacious rural appearance and promote socio-economic development.”
Hop Doai village has 87 households, the recovered area is more than 37,300m2 , of which 6 households have to relocate 8 graves. As soon as the announcement was made, the Party Cell and the Village Front Work Committee organized a meeting with the people, clearly explained each content, and promoted the exemplary role of Party members. Thanks to the public and reasonable way of doing things, 100% of households agreed and handed over the site on schedule. Mr. Nguyen Duy Hien, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Ha commune, said: During the land acquisition process, 11/11 villages organized meetings with the people to propagate and emphasize the significance of the road in completing infrastructure connections, creating momentum for industrial and urban development, facilitating trade, and improving the quality of people's lives. Up to now, 100% of households with graves to be relocated have received enough support and completed the handover early.
Not only in Hung Ha commune, in many other localities in the province, the propaganda and mobilization work for land acquisition and clearance has also been implemented synchronously, flexibly and brought about clear results. In Quang Xa village, Quang Hung commune, the movement of people donating land to open roads and renovate public spaces has become a bright spot. With the motto "slow and steady wins the race", the front officers persistently explained, creating a spread through pioneering households. Ms. Mac Thi To Lien, Quang Xa village, a household that donated more than 200 square meters of land shared: The front officers went to each house, analyzed the common benefits of expanding the traffic route, and saw the consensus of the surrounding neighbors, I thought that if I had the conditions, I should contribute to building my hometown. Now the road is wide, cars can go right to the door, the lake area is more beautiful, the people and I are very happy. Thanks to that consensus, the road around Quang Xa lake was completed in early 2025, forming a spacious community living space with embankments, flower beds, and walking paths. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ton, Head of the Village Front Committee, said: From 2024 to now, implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", people have donated more than 1,500 square meters of land and many auxiliary works; in the area around Quang Xa Lake alone, 7 households donated more than 300 square meters of land.

Models such as Quang Xa village, Quang Hung commune clearly show the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in site clearance work. In the period of 2021 - 2025, the whole province has cleared more than 10,700 hectares to serve socio-economic projects. In large projects, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level coordinates to organize dialogues, explain compensation and support policies, and ensure people's rights. In reality, in localities where the Front cadres are close to the grassroots, have a firm grasp of the situation, and skillfully mobilize, the site clearance progress is guaranteed. In the context of the province promoting investment attraction and building synchronous infrastructure, the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels as a "bridge between the Party, the government, and the people" is further affirmed. Promoting the achieved results, the Fatherland Front at all levels continues to innovate mobilization methods, enhance dialogue, publicize and transparent information, ensure the legitimate rights of the people, thereby creating social consensus, contributing to building a sustainable, civilized and modern homeland.
