On the morning of November 27, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association held the 8th National Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the congress were comrades: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Nguyen Thanh Nghi, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee; Bui Quang Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union .

During the past term, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association with about 21,000 members, operating in 34 provinces and cities, 2 economic groups and 16 affiliated clubs continued to consolidate its position as one of the largest business associations in the country. The Association's member businesses generated annual revenue of over 40 billion USD, contributing more than 10% of the country's GDP and creating jobs for more than 5 million workers.
With the slogan: "Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs - Pioneering Innovation - Creating Values - Firmly Stepping into the New Era", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association aims to expand the number of members to 50,000 people; the member business community contributes 15% of the national GDP and creates jobs for 8 million workers. The Association also pioneered the implementation of the training program for 10,000 CEOs in the 2025 - 2030 period; supported 50,000 business households to transform into enterprises; 10,000 enterprises received professional consulting; 80% of member enterprises applied digital technology.

Speaking at the Congress, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of young businesses and entrepreneurs in recent years. Young businesses and entrepreneurs have continuously developed in both quantity and quality, and have made great and important contributions to the cause of national construction and defense in many aspects; they are the main force, pioneering in creating many jobs and livelihoods for workers. The Prime Minister requested the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association with "far-sighted vision, broad-mindedness, deep thinking, great work", "valuing time, intelligence, decisiveness", in the spirit of "unity to create strength, cooperation to create benefits, dialogue to increase trust" to take the lead in all activities. All levels and sectors must be determined to implement open policies, smooth infrastructure, smart management; set the goal of removing basic bottlenecks this year with the spirit of saying is doing, committing is implementing; make efforts to reduce compliance costs for people and businesses; consistently continue to perfect institutions in the direction of "breakthroughs of breakthroughs", resolutely implement the 6 clear principles: "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear authority, clear deadlines, clear results" and "words go hand in hand with actions - don't say no, don't say difficult, don't say yes but don't do". He asked each young entrepreneur to actively participate in social security activities, take care of people with revolutionary contributions, the poor, families affected by natural disasters and floods, contributing with the Party and State to build an increasingly developed country.

The Congress introduced the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term VIII. Mr. Dang Hong Anh continues to be the Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term VIII, 2025 - 2030. Mr. Nguyen Nhu Kien, Chairman of the Hung Yen Province Young Entrepreneurs Association, holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term VIII.
