Young entrepreneurs accompany the country
The 7th term (2022 - 2025) affirms the growing position of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in the business community as well as in the overall development of the country's economy . With about 21,000 members, businesses have created jobs for 5 million workers, achieved a total annual revenue of over 40 billion USD and contributed more than 10% of the national GDP. Hundreds of billions of VND have been spent on social security programs, clearly demonstrating the pioneering spirit for community responsibility of the young business community.
Speaking at the congress, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh Congratulations on the proud achievements of the young entrepreneurs, affirming the efforts, maturity and growth of the young Vietnamese entrepreneurs that have created resonance and spread positive energy to the Vietnamese business community.

The Prime Minister assessed that businesses and entrepreneurs are present in almost all industries and fields of production, business, and operations not only domestically, but many businesses and entrepreneurs have made a name for themselves, affirming their brand value and reaching out to the region and the world, contributing to bringing Vietnamese brands to the world and enhancing our country's position in the international arena, with multinational enterprises participating in the global value chain such as Viettel, Vingroup, etc.
The above proud results have a great contribution from the team of young entrepreneurs - entrepreneurs with Vietnamese blood, youthful enthusiasm, intelligence, creativity, civilization, bravery in entering the market and always striving to assert themselves, affirm the position of Vietnamese entrepreneurs.
The Prime Minister suggested that young entrepreneurs must expand the country's development space to space, the ocean and deep underground. All of this requires young Vietnamese entrepreneurs to have intelligence, science, technology, innovation and must dare to commit, dare to think, dare to do, value knowledge, save time and make timely decisions.
"Young Vietnamese entrepreneurs are proud of their national culture and must know how to preserve, promote, nurture and make it stronger and more mature," the Prime Minister emphasized.

Analyzing the world situation and the country's development tasks in the coming time, the Prime Minister said that it is necessary to promote strategic spearheads, strongly promote new growth drivers such as science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, improve labor productivity and human resource quality; at the same time, open up new development spaces, with "flying high into space, reaching far out to the ocean and going deep into the ground".
"This is both an opportunity and a great challenge, requiring a pioneering spirit and strong participation of young Vietnamese entrepreneurs ," said the Prime Minister.
With the motto "Constructive State, pioneering enterprises, public-private partnership, developed country, happy people", the Prime Minister requested the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union, organizations and unions to pay attention to creating favorable conditions, and especially the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association to continue to be proactive, creative, nurture, connect and support the young entrepreneurs to strongly promote their youth, enthusiasm, patriotism and national traditions.

The Prime Minister requested the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association to continue to be proactive, creative, nurture, connect and support the young entrepreneurs to strongly promote their youth, enthusiasm, patriotism and national traditions to implement the "6 pioneers". Specifically:
Pioneer in building a generation of young entrepreneurs with revolutionary ideals, patriotism, national pride, a burning desire to contribute, daring to take on difficult and new tasks. At the same time, build a Vietnamese business culture: "Pure heart, bright mind, great ambition, dedicated to the country and the people".
Pioneer in startups, innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, application of artificial intelligence, big data, semiconductors... in production and business.
Pioneering in connecting and supporting businesses. Young entrepreneurs need to take the lead in promoting the connection between private businesses, business households, etc. with state-owned enterprises and FDI enterprises.
Pioneer in contributing to policy development, continue to promote the role as the voice of the young business community; continue to proactively collect and synthesize information, feedback and recommendations from young businesses, and synthesize difficulties in production and business.
Pioneering and accompanying the Party, State and people to successfully implement the policies, guidelines and resolutions of the Party, State and the aspirations of the people. Pioneering in bringing Vietnamese brand values and Vietnamese products to the world and pioneering in making breakthroughs in healthcare, education, energy, etc.
Pioneer in implementing social responsibility, promoting the tradition of "sharing the good and the bad", "mutual love and support", "national love and solidarity".
On this occasion, the Prime Minister proposed that the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association launch a "6 best" emulation movement including: "most pioneering, most creative, most dedicated, most united, most integrated, most humane".

The Congress elected Mr. Dang Hong Anh as the 8th Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association for the 2025 - 2030 term.
In the 8th term, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association aims to expand the number of members to 35,000 - 50,000 people, an unprecedented scale. At the same time, the member business community aims to contribute 15% of the national GDP and create jobs for 8 million workers.
