Emulation peak to break through and successfully complete tasks in 2025

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directed to urgently deploy peak emulation campaigns to overcome difficulties, accelerate, and make breakthroughs to successfully complete the goals and tasks for 2025.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Official Dispatch No. 229/CD-TTg dated November 26, 2025 on urgently implementing peak emulation campaigns to overcome difficulties, accelerate, and make breakthroughs to successfully complete the goals and tasks of 2025, creating momentum and force for the following years.

The Prime Minister requested Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Government agencies, and Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to carry out a number of urgent key tasks./.
