Businessman Ninh Van Suc: Developing business with integrity and trust

On the evening of November 26, the 2025 Red Star Award Ceremony - a symbol of honoring outstanding young entrepreneurs nationwide - will officially take place in Hanoi.

This year, businessman Ninh Van Suc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Hung Group Joint Stock Company, became the only representative of Thanh Hoa province to be honored in the Top 100 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs nationwide.

Building brands, creating jobs for people

Since his school days, Ninh Van Suc had nurtured the desire to establish himself and start a career. In 2002, after graduating with a degree in construction engineering, he was recruited into Thanh Hoa Urban Development and Construction Company. In the following years, through working at many enterprises in the construction sector as a technical officer, the young engineer continuously cultivated and accumulated more knowledge and practical experience, creating a solid foundation for the future.

To realize his dream since his student days, Ninh Van Suc decided to turn to a new path, enrich himself and contribute to his homeland. He quit his job to prepare for the establishment of his own business. In March 2009, Viet Hung Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company was officially established with a charter capital of 5.5 billion VND.

In the early days of entering the construction market, his young business faced difficulties: little capital, limited management experience, almost no brand, and no position in the market. However, with the motto of developing with heart and reputation, Mr. Ninh Van Suc and his team overcame the challenges, built up prestige and received the trust of customers and partners.

Thanks to the right direction and perseverance, from a small business, Mr. Ninh Van Suc has oriented Viet Hung Enterprise to become an economic group. From building the foundation, the enterprise has developed more business sectors such as trade, services, market exploitation investment, production, education, etc., creating a multi-industry ecosystem.

Currently, the company owns 10 member units, gathering more than 200 officers and employees; creating jobs for more than 1,000 workers. In addition, the branches and member units have also built their own brands in the market.

Recently, Viet Hung Group Joint Stock Company was selected as the main contractor for many large-scale projects. The company's revenue reaches hundreds of billions of VND each year, growing steadily at a rate of about 130% per year.

In 2025 alone, the enterprise will continue to win bids and implement many key projects such as: Nga Truong Outdoor Gear Sports Equipment Factory (10 hectares, total investment of 1,000 billion VND, started in March 2025); ASEAN - Vietnam Ceramic Valley Project in Nong Cong District and Yen Tho Commune (scale of 50 hectares, total investment of 200 million USD), started on August 28, 2025 and was selected as a project to celebrate the 80th National Day and the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress.

Mr. Ninh Van Suc said that throughout the 16-year journey of building and developing the brand, Viet Hung enterprise has always put capacity, reputation and scientific and technological innovation first. Thanks to the continuous application of technical advances in production and management, the products and services provided by Viet Hung have quickly affirmed their quality, creating a solid trust in the hearts of customers.

Viet Hung brand has established a position in the domestic market and gradually expanded to the region. The enterprise has also become a strategic partner of many large corporations such as: Shin Han Group (Korea), Xinlong Group (China), Newhope Group (Singapore), Hualien Group (China)...

Along with production and business activities, Viet Hung always considers social responsibility as an important part of corporate culture. Every year, the company allocates a source of funds to take care of the lives of its staff and workers; at the same time, it participates in charity programs, accompanying the poor and those in difficult circumstances in the community.

From 2021 to present, the company's total budget for charity activities is more than 4 billion VND, through many activities such as: Fund for the Poor, Gratitude Fund; support for building gratitude houses; meritorious services to renovate degraded pagodas; giving clothes to the poor, orphans, and people with disabilities; giving gifts to the lonely; contributing to the local education promotion fund; awarding scholarships to poor students who overcome difficulties...

For staff and employees, the company focuses on improving the living conditions and working environment. Working conditions are increasingly improved, protection policies are always strictly implemented; annual leave, holidays and Tet benefits are fully guaranteed according to State regulations... Thanks to that, labor relations in the enterprise are always stable, there are no strikes or collective layoffs.

According to the assessment of the leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Business Association, during the 2020-2025 term, as a member of the Standing Committee, Mr. Ninh Van Suc always demonstrated a sense of responsibility, initiative and enthusiasm in all activities of the association. He actively participated in and supported the organization of investment promotion conferences, digital transformation seminars, dialogues to remove difficulties for businesses, and supply chain linkages...

In addition, this businessman also participates in many social security programs such as supporting people affected by natural disasters, joining hands to eliminate temporary houses, dilapidated houses, etc. At the same time, he makes an important contribution to improving the investment and business environment of the province through reflecting the difficulties of member enterprises and participating in dialogues with departments and branches. The role of a bridge helps strengthen the connection of enterprises inside and outside the province, especially with FDI enterprises, opening up many cooperation opportunities, making practical contributions to the development of the business community and Thanh Hoa economy.

With the constant efforts and leadership of a dedicated and visionary captain, businessman Ninh Van Suc and Viet Hung Group Joint Stock Company have been honored at many awards.

In 2015, Mr. Ninh Van Suc was honored as an Outstanding Leader with positive contributions to socio-economic development by the National Institute of Human Resources and Talent Research and the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations. In 2017, he was honored as a Red Star - Top 100 outstanding young entrepreneurs nationwide; in 2024, Viet Hung Group Joint Stock Company achieved the Typical Vietnamese Brand - Vietnam Golden Star Award.
