Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park

Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park (TTC) covers an area of 1,020 hectares, located in An Hoi quarter, An Hoa ward , Trang Bang town. Seen from above, the industrial park looks like an oasis surrounded by water . One side borders the Vam Co Dong river, one side borders the Trang Bang canal and the remaining sides are surrounded by canals. The industrial park campus is covered with green trees. TTC Industrial Park is divided into two sub-zones: sub-zone one is for factories producing textile products; sub-zone two is for multi-industry manufacturing companies.

Standing out in the textile and garment sector is Zhengxing Vietnam Co., Ltd. with a total area of nearly 80,000m2 ^and an investment of 25 million USD. This is a factory that produces and processes all kinds of garments with a capacity of 10 million products/year; produced using modern technology and has many customers who are famous brands in the world such as Calvin Klein, Seed, New Balance, GUESS, A/X…

A typical factory in the multi-industry subdivision is the plastic product factory of Ningbo Changya Plastic Vietnam Co., Ltd., with a total area of about ^76,000m2 specializing in the production of disposable plastic tableware such as cups, forks, knives, spoons, boxes, straws... with a capacity of 20,000 tons of products/year.

In addition to plastic products, the company is investing in the production of ecological products such as disposable PLA biodegradable plastic tableware, with a production scale of 18,000 tons/year; disposable paper tableware with a scale of 5,000 tons/year; products from a mixture of plant fibers and rolled paper with a scale of 15,000 tons/year, paper bags with a scale of 12,750 tons/year, paper straws with a scale of 21,600 tons/year, etc.

Not only building a smart eco-industrial park, TTC Group and Guf Energy Group (Thailand) also built two solar power plants TTC1 and TTC2 right next to TTC Industrial Park, close to the bank of Vam Co Dong River.

TTC1 Factory is built on an area of 69.5 hectares with a total investment of more than 1,500 billion VND, providing an electricity output of about 106 million kWh/year, meeting the electricity demand equivalent to 87,347 households and reducing 85.45 tons of CO2 emissions/year.

TTC2 Factory is built on an area of 50.06 hectares, with an investment of more than 1,200 billion VND, providing the national power system with about 78 million kWh/year, meeting the electricity needs of about 63,669 households, reducing CO2 emissions into the environment by about 69.29 tons/year.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong - General Director of TTC Industrial Real Estate Corporation said: "Currently, the occupancy rate in TTC Industrial Park is over 82%. Enterprises investing here are supported with legal procedures. In the Industrial Park, electricity and water are fully provided to serve production. Wastewater discharged into the environment is controlled by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment every day. TTC Industrial Park also pays great attention to the issue of green landscape. That is also a strength and pride that attracts investors".

Phuoc Dong Industrial Park

Phuoc Dong Industrial Park belongs to Phuoc Dong - Boi Loi Industrial - Urban - Service Complex, located in Go Dau district and Trang Bang town. This is the largest industrial park in Tay Ninh with a total area of up to 2,838 hectares.

Phuoc Dong Industrial Park has been operating since 2009 and has basically completed phase one. The industrial park has built a synchronous industrial infrastructure, meeting the needs of investors. Phuoc Dong Industrial Park is designed as an ecological urban area with flat, airy asphalt roads and shady green parks. The factories all have spacious, neat and beautiful campuses. That is the desire to build an environmentally friendly commercial production complex with a modern living environment of the investor, Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company (Saigon VRG).

Phuoc Dong Industrial Park currently has 42 domestic and foreign enterprises operating. Most of the investing enterprises are enterprises belonging to international corporations, with very large investment scale. For example, Sailun Company Limited (Vietnam), is a subsidiary of Sailun Group China - the third largest automobile tire manufacturing corporation in China and the 17th largest in the world. In 2012, Sailun invested in building the largest automobile tire factory in Vietnam, covering an area of 40 hectares in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, with a total investment capital of more than 1 billion USD to date. Currently, Sailun Company Limited has 6,000 employees working, contributing significantly to solving the labor demand of the province.

Mr. Ly Khai Thuy - Head of the General Administration Office of Sailun Vietnam Co., Ltd. shared: “Phuoc Dong Industrial Park has a favorable location, very close to Ho Chi Minh City, which is also a place where many rubber trees are grown. That is a good source of raw materials for our factory. The human resources here are quite abundant. When investing here, we received support from the Tay Ninh government, especially Saigon VRG - the investor of this industrial park”.

Gain Lucky Vietnam Co., Ltd. belongs to Shenzhou International Group, with 100% capital investment from the UK, specializing in weaving, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and garment manufacturing. Shenzhou Group is currently a leading enterprise in China's knitting industry. Mr. Wang Jinwu - Deputy General Director of Administration of Gain Lucky (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. said: "In 2015, Gain Lucky Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially started production here. From 2020 to now, the total annual product value of the Company has exceeded 800 million USD. Up to now, the Company's total number of employees is more than 17,000 people. In general, the majority of employees working at the Company are Tay Ninh residents. The Company's main customers include famous brands such as Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc. The Company's output currently accounts for about 50% of the Group's total output.

Gain Lucky Vietnam Co., Ltd. is 100% invested from the UK, specializing in weaving, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and garment making in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park.

Currently, Phuoc Dong - Boi Loi Industrial - Urban - Service Complex has only completed phase one with area A, an area of 1,023 hectares, with an occupancy rate of 97.58%. The industrial park has attracted 42 investors with a total signed capital of nearly 6 billion USD. There are currently 35 investors operating with a total workforce of about 55,000 people in the area, of which foreign workers account for 2,028 people.

In 2022, the total import-export turnover of the industrial park is 7.82 billion USD, reaching 125% compared to the previous year. The entire industrial park contributes over 1,000 billion VND in taxes of all kinds to Tay Ninh province. Zone B of Phuoc Dong Industrial Park with an area of 1,167 hectares is being deployed for infrastructure leasing, attracting high-tech, less labor-intensive and environmentally friendly industries.

Having the opportunity to travel by boat along the Vam Co Dong River, we can see that today, on both sides of the Vam Co Dong River, there are many factories, industrial zones, and modern urban areas springing up. The flow of the river that has opened up the land for thousands of years continues to accompany the people of Tay Ninh towards a bright future with a modern agricultural-industrial economy.
