The delegation came to propagate and mobilize Mr. Nguyen Doan Canh (currently living at plot number 44, cadastral map number 57, Tam Phuoc ward). Mr. Canh's household had 136.8m2 of land at the above plot of land revoked.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee Nguyen Duy Tan responded to Mr. Canh's recommendations. After receiving the responses, Mr. Canh agreed with the content of the response as well as the compensation support plan when the state reclaims the land, and signed a commitment to immediately hand over the site for the construction of the high-voltage power line relocation.
Similarly, the household of Mr. Pham Van Thanh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Huong (at plot 147, cadastral map sheet 56, Phuoc Tan ward) had 139.4 square meters of land recovered.
Previously, this household also requested to review the land price for compensation and the land location, as well as the number of missing assets and trees on the land. At the propaganda and mobilization session, the representative of Bien Hoa City People's Committee requested the specialist of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the representative of Mr. Thanh and Ms. Huong's family to re-count to update the compensation support file and supplement it in a timely manner.
On that basis, the family clearly understood the regulations and agreed to hand over the site for the construction of the power line relocation project to serve the construction of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project.
