On the morning of July 31, speaking at the Working Conference with the Document Editorial Team on the preparation for the 21st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Document Subcommittee emphasized that the Document needs to honestly and objectively reflect the achievements and limitations of the past term; at the same time, clearly identify the goals, major orientations, key solutions and strategic breakthroughs of the new term.

According to the report of the Document Editorial Team at the Conference, up to now, the contents of the draft Political Report, the draft Review Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term and the draft Resolution of the Congress, the Congress Program have been prepared according to plan and schedule.

The process of developing the Document was carried out in the spirit of updating the latest instructions and guidance of the Central Government and receiving direct instructions from the Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Document Subcommittee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee. The latest is the reception, updating and supplementing of instructions on the requirement to more clearly assess the results and the province's initiative in leading and implementing the Party's inspection and supervision work; targets and tasks of solutions to build at least one cultural, artistic and sports club in each commune and ward and maintain effective operations, contributing to improving the quality of people's spiritual life; at the same time, advising, editing and supplementing a number of targets and tasks for socio -economic development of the province in the 2025 - 2030 term.

To continue to complete the preparation of contents for the Congress, the Document Editorial Team proposed that the Provincial Party Secretary send a document requesting units and localities to register topics for discussion; at the same time, direct the subordinate Party Committees to speed up the progress of organizing the Congress so that the province can prepare a report for the Politburo and the Secretariat to approve the Congress more thoughtfully, thoroughly and comprehensively.
