Singer Thanh Duy's team said: "Due to the complicated storm situation, the team would like to postpone the 1st look post as planned to prioritize more important information." This decision is to prioritize spreading information about natural disasters and community support activities. The new posting schedule will be updated once the situation stabilizes.
Han Sara and her management company could not postpone the release of the MV Do anh si on the evening of July 20 due to commitments with international partners, domestic distribution systems and media units. To show their sympathy, Han Sara and +84 Entertainment decided to donate all revenue from the physical disc Unfrozen and the MV Do anh si to the Quang Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to support people in overcoming the consequences of storm Wipha.

On the afternoon of July 19, the stage of the Superfest 2025 music festival at Sun Carnival Square, Ha Long completely collapsed due to heavy rain and whirlwind. The scaffolding and LED lighting system were severely damaged. There were no casualties because the incident occurred when there were no spectators or artists on stage.

Singer Thanh Lam also respectfully commemorated and prayed for the unfortunate victims of the boat capsize in Quang Ninh. Storm No. 3 Wipha formed from a tropical depression on July 18, quickly reaching level 10 with gusts of level 12. The storm is expected to directly affect coastal provinces from Quang Ninh to Thanh Hoa from July 21-22, causing heavy rain of 200-300mm, in some places 500mm. The Prime Minister issued Official Dispatch No. 112/CD-TTg requesting authorities at all levels to focus on response. Large reservoirs such as Hoa Binh and Tuyen Quang have opened their gates to lower water levels.
