Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee on Science , Technology Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were Party Central Committee members: Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee; Pham Gia Tuc, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee; leaders of the Party Central Committee Office, the Assistant to the General Secretary, and key leaders of Ninh Binh (new) and Thai Nguyen (new) provinces.

At the conference, comrade Hoang Dang Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the Politburo's Decision, deciding that comrade Dang Khanh Toan, Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025, and was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office.

At the same time, the Secretariat's Decision was announced, deciding that Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, would cease to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and cease to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026, and transfer to hold the position of full-time member of the Central Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation.

On behalf of the Politburo and the Secretariat, comrade Le Hoai Trung presented the decision, presented flowers and congratulated comrade Dang Khanh Toan and comrade Nguyen Huy Dung on being trusted and assigned new tasks by the Politburo and the Secretariat.

Emphasizing that in the coming time, the tasks of the Party Central Office, the Central Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation are extremely heavy, with a huge workload and very high requirements, comrade Le Hoai Trung believes that comrade Dang Khanh Toan will continue to promote his capacity, qualities, dynamism, creativity, and together with the leadership of the Party Central Office, unite and join hands to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and regular and extraordinary tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Standing Secretariat.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung believes that Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, with his capacity and experience, will quickly approach the job, continue to promote his knowledge and strengths, and advise on the successful implementation of the Central Steering Committee's programs and plans on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Dang Khanh Toan expressed his honor to receive the attention and trust of the Politburo and the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Central Office.

He expressed his deep awareness that the assigned task is a great honor, but also a very heavy responsibility, requiring him to always continue to try, make efforts, and be open to learning more to meet the requirements and assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung expressed his honor to receive the new assignment, holding the position of full-time member of the Central Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation.

He affirmed that he will continue to constantly learn, strive, improve, and try his best to promote professional knowledge and practical experience at the grassroots level to best fulfill assigned tasks.
