On the evening of October 2, in Hanoi , the Central Party Office organized a fundraising event to support people in provinces and cities affected by storm No. 10, contributing to helping people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

General Secretary To Lam and Politburo member, Standing member of the 14th Party Congress Document Subcommittee Nguyen Van Nen, together with cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Party Central Office, donated to support people affected by storm No. 10, each person at least one day's salary.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary To Lam sent his deepest condolences to the families of the victims and shared the pain, loss and difficulties of the people in the areas affected by recent natural disasters and floods./.
