This is an important step in the strategy to successfully implement and complete the mandatory transfer plan early after being officially transferred to Vietcombank . VCBNeo is positioned to become a digital technology bank that is part of the ecosystem of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank, VCB) and has an important contribution to the implementation of the goals and tasks of comprehensive finance.
New brand identity
With the slogan "Digital For All", the new VCBNeo logo inherits the symbol and characteristic green color of Vietcombank - a banking brand with a history of over 60 years with leading prestige and operational efficiency in Vietnam. The word "Neo" in the VCBNeo logo cluster stands for "New Electronic Omnichannel" with three core values: New - Innovative, innovative ; Electronic - Digital technology ; Omnichannel - Synchronized multi-channel .

The design of the "VCBNeo" brand identity cluster with characters that can also be arranged to read backwards as "OneVCB" - affirms that VCBNeo is a member of the Vietcombank ecosystem and shows VCBNeo's great determination in the goal of soon breaking through to become a digital technology bank, effectively contributing to Vietcombank's common strategy and vision of "OneVCB".
According to VCBNeo representative: The new brand identity is not only a visual innovation but also affirms the strategic step in VCBNeo's "digital technology" journey with a commitment to providing optimal and flexible financial services, while enhancing customer experience by focusing on developing digital banking with outstanding utilities, helping customers to transact quickly and safely.
With the orientation of expanding Vietcombank's sustainable ecosystem in Vietnam, VCBNeo aims to reach out to serve the "new to bank" customer group - those who have not accessed banking services or have limited access and will strive to accompany customers on the path of development.

Brand new NeoOne digital banking app
Along with the new brand identity, VCBNeo introduces a completely new digital banking application called NeoOne.
The NeoOne App was built and completed in just 5 months, while the average time to develop a digital banking application takes about 15 months.
"We received support from hundreds of experienced Vietcombank staff to rebuild processes at VCBNeo. In particular, the conversion of the core banking system and the entire technology system, along with a completely new app version - a huge challenge, which usually takes 2 to 3 years - was completed by us in less than 6 months," shared a VCBNeo representative.

NeoOne is a digital banking application for individual customers, operating on devices using iOS and Android operating systems, replacing the bank's old application (CBway application). NeoOne application fully integrates important financial transaction features such as: Fast money transfer 24/7; QR payment; Open online savings accounts with competitive interest rates; Personal financial management... The application will continuously be supplemented with new features in the next updates.

Realizing the process of "comprehensive innovation", the entire core banking system and technology system of VCBNeo are transferred and applied according to the highest standards from Vietcombank. In addition to ensuring high safety and security, the system helps to diversify products and services provided to customers, especially products and services on digital platforms.
Along with the announcement of the brand identity and digital banking application NeoOne, 92 VCBNeo transaction points were upgraded with a new look, combining digital experience and direct service, creating a synergistic power to serve customers comprehensively.
On this occasion, a series of customer care programs are sent by VCBNeo to customers across the system.
