To make delicious braised pork, first of all, the preparation of the ingredients must be ensured. The meat used to make braised pork must be pork belly, which is also the best part of the pig. The pork belly has a combination of lean meat and fat, when steamed it will be fatty and soft. Each piece of meat when sliced must be about 1cm thick, 10 - 15cm long, depending on the steamer to cut the meat to the right size.

After being soaked and washed, the dried bamboo shoots will be chopped to make the filling.

After the meat is placed in the bowl, the stuffing will be covered in a layer of meat. The stuffing will be fully covered so that when steamed, the spices in the stuffing will soak into each piece of meat, making the meat quickly tender and have a characteristic aroma. When the stuffing and meat are mixed together, the meat bowl will be placed in a steamer and steamed continuously for 8 hours, until the meat is tender. That is also the final step to complete the meat dish.

Cooked meatballs, when not in use, can be stored in the freezer, if used regularly, store in the refrigerator and use within 7 days. When using, take out the meatballs to defrost, then steam for about 20 minutes to ensure the heat penetrates deep into each fiber of the meat inside.
