The working program was officially launched on June 25 at the headquarters of the Vietnam Private Hospital Association, Thanh Hoa City. The delegation, including key leaders of the Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Trade Promotion Association such as Vice President Huang Qiutian, Vice President Xian Yi, and representatives of leading Chinese medical enterprises such as Nanning Jiuchi Trading Co., Ltd., Guangxi Nanning Hongyao Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., Guizhou Rentai Purification Technology Co., Ltd., Guangxi Keshenwei Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Guangxi Nanning Shengzhize Trading Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Xianju Traditional Chinese Medical Technology Co., Ltd., were warmly welcomed by the Vietnam Private Hospital Association.

Before the official working session, the delegation had a field trip to 02 Hop Luc General Hospitals in Thanh Hoa , including Hop Luc General Hospital (Thanh Hoa City) and Hop Luc International General Hospital (Nghi Son Town). The delegation was welcomed and guided directly by the hospital leaders, helping Chinese enterprises have a visual and in-depth view of the existing facilities, equipment as well as the investment and technology upgrading needs of leading private hospitals in Vietnam.

At the meeting, representatives of the Vietnam Private Hospital Association gave a solemn welcome speech, and introduced an overview of the development potential, the need to upgrade technology and expand services of the private hospital system in Vietnam. On the side of the Guangxi - ASEAN business delegation, representatives presented in detail the production capacity, advanced medical technology solutions and breakthrough products that can bring high value to the Vietnamese healthcare sector. Extensive discussions focused on opportunities to promote trade, investment cooperation and especially the transfer of high technologies in diagnosis and treatment. Many Chinese enterprises expressed special interest in providing modern operating room systems, central oxygen systems, and other specialized medical equipment. The working session ended with initial cooperation commitments and goodwill exchanges between the parties.
Highlights of medical technology cooperation
Following the success in Thanh Hoa, on June 26, the delegation continued its journey in Hanoi, focusing on a working session at Phuong Dong International General Hospital. The presence of important members of the delegation, under the coordination of VEF Global, created an effective and professional working atmosphere.
Ms. Phung Thi Nhung - Deputy General Director of the Company and Deputy Director of Phuong Dong International General Hospital, represented the hospital to warmly welcome and introduce in detail the scale, modern facilities, key specialties as well as the development orientation of the hospital. The Chinese delegation had the opportunity to learn more about the actual needs and the ability to apply the latest medical technologies at one of the leading private hospitals in the capital.
In-depth discussions took place, where Chinese enterprises directly introduced high-tech solutions in line with the development orientation of Phuong Dong International General Hospital, from advanced imaging diagnostic equipment to smart hospital management systems and medical clean room solutions.
At the end of two days of active work, Chinese medical enterprises clearly and positively recognized the great opportunities in providing high-tech, modern medical equipment for the private hospital system in Vietnam. The success of this visit not only demonstrated the effective connecting role of VEF Global but also affirmed the strong potential for cooperation between the two healthcare systems.
This working trip is expected to open a new era of bilateral cooperation in the health sector, making an important contribution to improving the quality of health care services for Vietnamese people, while promoting the strong economic relationship between Vietnam and China.
