Hanoi, July 1, 2024 - With the slogan "VF 5 is the older brother of VF 3," VinFast announced an expansion of the color range for its A-segment SUV, the VF 5 Plus, with 8 fresh new options, perfect for the vibrant summer season. To celebrate this new look, VinFast will launch a special and attractive promotional program from July 7-10, 2024.
The VF 5 Plus lineup, featuring a diverse range of colors, will officially launch on July 7th, 2024. It will include four existing basic colors: Gray, Red, Blue, and White; and four new enhanced colors: Yellow, Purple, Light Blue, and Light Green.
To own one of the four enhanced colors, customers will pay an additional 10 million VND per vehicle. Alternatively, customers can choose their own paint color for an additional 20 million VND. Especially from July 7th to 10th, customers purchasing the VF 5 Plus will receive free enhanced paint color selection and a custom paint color, along with an additional 10 million VND discount.
From July 11th to July 31st, customers who order the VF 5 Plus advanced color option will receive a 50% discount on the paint color selection fee.
Customers only need to pay a deposit of 15 million VND to enjoy these benefits. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable (except to family members). Furthermore, customers are not allowed to change the paint color chosen in the deposit contract.
The VF 5 Plus is currently the most popular A-segment SUV in the Vietnamese market, accounting for nearly half of the segment's market share in Q1/2024. Its outstanding advantages include a compact and stylish design, agile handling in urban environments, and superior running costs compared to other gasoline-powered vehicles in the same segment.
In terms of power, the car boasts 134 horsepower and 135 Nm of torque, the most powerful in the A-segment SUV category, ensuring a maximum range of 326.4 km (according to NEDC) on a single full charge. The VF 5 Plus is also equipped with top-of-the-segment amenities and safety features such as a 6-airbag system, cruise control, blind spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, and a voice-controlled Vietnamese virtual assistant. The car comes with a 7-year or 160,000 km warranty (whichever comes first). For vehicles with batteries, VinFast applies a 7-year warranty with no mileage limit on this component.
Regarding operating costs, customers can rent batteries to optimize initial costs at three tiers corresponding to monthly travel distance: 1.2 million VND/month (less than 1,500 km); 1.6 million VND/month (1,500 km to 3,000 km); and 2.7 million VND/month (3,000 km or more).
With its diverse, youthful, and energetic color palette, the VF 5 Plus rightfully deserves to be considered the "older brother of the VF 3". Not only does it offer owners the opportunity to express their personal style and stand out on every journey, but the VF 5 Plus is also a popular model with the best quality and service within its price range.
In particular, benefiting from the "Intense Vietnamese Spirit - For a Green Future" program recently launched by Vingroup and effective today (July 1, 2024), customers purchasing the VF 5 Plus will also receive many additional privileges such as free parking (under 5 hours) and priority parking at all locations within the Vingroup ecosystem (until July 1, 2026); and free charging at V-GREEN charging stations (until July 1, 2025).
Vinhomes residents who own a VF 5 Plus will have the privilege of free parking and charging at Vinhomes parking lots for the next two years. If residents choose to charge at home, Vingroup will support the installation of a home charger with a subsidy of up to VND 10,000,000 per household, and provide VND 900,000 per vehicle per month for charging costs from now until July 1st, 2026. VinFast electric vehicle owners in Vinhomes apartments will be given priority in parking allocation if spaces are available.
