(NLDO) - Phat Dai Cat Joint Stock Company has purchased more than 16.75 million SGB shares of Saigonbank, officially becoming a major shareholder on January 8, 2025.

*EIB: Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank, stock code: EIB) has decided to dismiss two Deputy General Directors, Mr. Pham Dang Khoa and Ms. Le Thi Mai Loan, from January 10, 2025.

*SSB: The Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank , stock code: SSB) has announced and awarded the decision to appoint Mr. Le Thanh Hai and Mr. Bui Quoc Hieu to the position of Deputy General Director of SeABank from January 11, 2025.

*NVL: At the end of the trading session on January 14, NVL shares of No Va Real Estate Investment Group Corporation decreased by nearly 5.7%, currently at VND8,950/share, down more than 45% over the past year.

*SGB: Phat Dai Cat Joint Stock Company has just reported the purchase of more than 16.75 million SGB shares of Saigon Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Saigonbank), officially becoming a major shareholder on January 8, 2025.

After the transaction, Phat Dai Cat increased its ownership from 16.75 million shares (4.94%) to more than 33.5 million SGB shares (9.889%).

Also in the transaction announcement, Saigon Electronics Department Store Joint Stock Company, with its manager Mr. Le Huynh Gia Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phat Dai Cat, currently owns 68,330 SGB shares, equivalent to 0.02%.

Thereby, the total related group currently owns more than 33.57 million SGB shares, equivalent to 9.909% of capital.

*EVS: Everest Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: EVS) has just announced that Mr. Pham Hong Minh will no longer hold the position of General Director after he submitted his resignation due to health reasons. His replacement is Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai.

According to the information published, Mr. Hai was born in 1975. Before being appointed to the above position, he was an advisor to the Board of Directors of Everest Securities. In addition, he also held positions in a number of other organizations including Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for Women and Community Development, under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations; Chairman of the Board of Directors of IIC International Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company; Independent member of the Board of Directors of Nam Hoa Production and Trading Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai does not currently hold any EVS shares.

Dividend payment:

*NT2: Nhon Trach 2 Petroleum Power Joint Stock Company (stock code: NT2) pays the remaining 2023 dividend in cash, at a rate of 8%. The ex-right date is January 17, 2025.
