[Video] Closing the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee: Unanimously introducing personnel for the 14th Central Committee

This morning, the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee completed all the contents and agenda and held the closing session. On behalf of the Politburo and the Secretariat, General Secretary To Lam delivered the closing speech of the Conference.

In his closing speech at the 13th Central Conference on the morning of October 8, the General Secretary said that the Conference had completed the entire proposed program, with many "backbone" contents directly related to the success of the 14th Party Congress and the goal of rapid, sustainable development and improving people's lives. The Party Central Committee approved the documents submitted to the 14th Party Congress; agreed to introduce personnel for the 14th Party Central Committee and the Central Inspection Commission ; and gave opinions on the time, content, program, working regulations, and election regulations of the 14th Congress with the motto of ensuring compliance with Party regulations, innovation, science, efficiency, and practicality.

The conference adopted the conclusion on the Report on the implementation of the 2025 socio-economic plan; determined to complete the remaining targets of the 2021-2025 Five-Year Plan; prepared the basis for the 2026 socio-economic plan and the 2026-2030 finance-budget plan in the spirit of macroeconomic stability, public debt safety, prioritizing development investment and ensuring social security.
