[Video] The 18th Hanoi Party Congress: Laying the foundation for Hanoi to enter a new stage of development

On the afternoon of October 15, at the National Convention Center, Hanoi, the 18th Hanoi Party Congress held a preparatory session.

Attending the preparatory session of the Congress were leaders of the Central Party Committees; 550 delegates representing nearly 500,000 party members of the entire Party Committee; Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, leaders of the Hanoi Party Committee, Hanoi People's Committee; and Hanoi People's Council.

The 18th Hanoi Party Congress is an important political event, taking place after more than 3 months of the capital reorganizing commune-level administrative units and organizing a 2-level local government model.
