On the morning of September 17, 2024, MISA Joint Stock Company (MISA) was honored to welcome a delegation from the Institute of Strategy and Financial Policy, Ministry of Finance and the Institute of Strategy and Legal Science, Ministry of Justice to visit and work at its headquarters. The meeting marked an important step forward in promoting cooperation and exchange between strategic research agencies and MISA to popularize artificial intelligence (AI) technology into practice.
Attending the meeting, on behalf of the Institute of Strategy and Financial Policy, Ministry of Finance , there were Dr. Nguyen Nhu Quynh - Director; Dr. Le Thi Thuy Van - Deputy Director. On behalf of the Institute of Strategy and Legal Science, Ministry of Justice, there were Dr. Nguyen Van Cuong - Director; Dr. Chu Thi Hoa - Deputy Director. On behalf of MISA, there were Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy - General Director; Mr. Le Hong Quang - Permanent Deputy General Director.
At the meeting, Permanent Deputy General Director Le Hong Quang expressed his honor to welcome the two Institutes to visit and work at MISA. He shared: “Over the past 30 years, MISA has continuously contributed useful IT solutions in all areas of Digital Government, Digital Economy and Digital Society, etc., thereby strongly accompanying the National Digital Transformation Program. In particular, MISA has always been a pioneer in applying the world's latest technologies such as AI to develop products with the goal of bringing outstanding changes to the community”.
Currently, MISA has successfully developed the MISA AVA Artificial Intelligence Assistant. This is an AI chatbot integrated by MISA into the company's products. With many useful features such as data synthesis and analysis, automation of business operations and content creation support, MISA AVA Assistant has helped improve productivity and bring outstanding experiences to customers.
From the Institute of Strategy and Legal Science, Director Nguyen Van Cuong highly appreciated the brilliant achievements that MISA has achieved, especially the strong application of AI, keeping up with the technological trends of the times. Mr. Cuong expressed his hope to discuss more deeply with MISA about the difficulties in the policy mechanism when developing digital technologies. Thereby, helping the Institute have more practical basis to advise the Government on correct and timely policies and strategies on the 4.0 revolution.
On the side of the Institute of Strategy and Financial Policy, Deputy Director Le Thi Thuy Van hopes to discuss with MISA cooperation opportunities in applying digital technology to optimize the Institute's operations, and coordinate with each other in organizing events and professional seminars on digital transformation and financial management.
During the working session, MISA and the two Institutes enthusiastically discussed and raised direct questions on the topic. The questions mentioned the useful features of the MISA AVA Artificial Intelligence Assistant, how units can train this AI Assistant to become intelligent, the difficulties in training, etc.

The meeting and exchange is a valuable opportunity for MISA to introduce the company's strengths, and at the same time share institutional and policy problems with specialized agencies, in order to create favorable conditions for 4.0 technology, especially AI, to be applied more widely in Vietnam, contributing to the strong development of the country.
