Vietnam won silver medal at the 2023 World Taekwondo Team Demonstration Championship

BTO-On the morning of August 19, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said: Taekwondo athlete Nguyen Thi Kim Ha ( Binh Thuan ) and the Vietnamese Taekwondo team participating in the 2023 World Taekwondo Team Demonstration Tournament won a silver medal.

This is an honor for athlete Kim Ha when she and her team compete in the 2023 World Taekwondo Team Demonstration Championship, taking place from August 16 to 26, 2023 in Korea. The Vietnamese Taekwondo team will have 7 athletes participating in 2 events: Conventional team and free team.

Yesterday (August 18), the Vietnamese Taekwondo team competed in the first event of conventional team taekwondo performance, with 20 participating teams. Vietnam won silver medal, including athlete Nguyen Thi Kim Ha from Binh Thuan. On August 20, the team will continue to participate in the second event of freestyle team.
