Assessing the effectiveness of the project, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Mu Cang Chai District, Dao Ngoc Hung, emphasized that the installation of 300 sets of electrical equipment has significantly improved the lives of the people. The results of the direct survey showed that more than 90% of households were satisfied with the lighting system sponsored by JICA and Niinuma Company, Japan.

Mr. Dao Ngoc Hung hopes that the solar energy project in Mu Cang Chai will help strengthen the Vietnam-Japan cooperation relationship and support local economic development. He also hopes that JICA will continue to help households without electricity, increase the power capacity of the system and expand other funding programs from Japan in the district in the coming time.

In an interview with The World and Vietnam Newspaper, Mr. Minowa Yuya, General Director of Niinuma Company Limited, shared that the solar power project in Mu Cang Chai has brought about clear changes in people's lives.

According to Mr. Minowa Yuya, one of the biggest challenges during the project implementation was accessing the installation area due to the rugged terrain and the lack of available power grid. However, the technical team made every effort to ensure the transportation of equipment as well as construction safety, thanks to which the project was completed on schedule and provided stable electricity to the people.

In particular, in the coming time, Niinuma Company plans to organize training sessions, instructing people on self-maintenance of products, and continue to seek optimal solutions to improve the quality of electrical system maintenance.
