Thanh Ha Branch staff saw that the old man had many strange signs, was worried, insecure and insisted on transferring money to his son, so they investigated to get more information and learned that the old man did not have a son. Realizing that the incident had signs of fraud, Thanh Ha Branch contacted Thanh Ha Town Police to verify.
Through working with the customer, Thanh Ha Town Police determined that Mr. N had been threatened and tricked into transferring money by scammers. After being analyzed by the bank and the police, Mr. N understood the scammers' tricks, kept all the money and sent his deep thanks to the police and staff of Vietcombank Hai Duong - Thanh Ha Transaction Office.
