Melbourne – Hanoi is Vietjet’s 6th route connecting Vietnam and Australia. With two round trips every Tuesday and Saturday, operated by modern wide-body A330 aircraft, Vietjet continues to make it more convenient than ever for Australians to travel to Hanoi and vice versa.

The Melbourne - Hanoi route is believed to contribute to attracting investment, developing tourism, studying abroad, visiting relatives, and working in Victoria, helping Victoria achieve its tourism growth targets, restoring activities to pre-pandemic levels by 2025, as well as achieving an expected tourism spending of $53 billion and a total number of tourist arrivals of 111.8 million by 2028 (Victoria Tourism Forecast 2023-2028).

After the Melbourne – Hanoi route, Vietjet will continue to launch the Sydney – Hanoi route on June 8, 2024. Vietjet currently has a total of 58 flights per week connecting Australia and Vietnam.
