Vietnam Airlines changes check-in terminal for economy class passengers flying from France

Vietnam Airlines will partially move check-in operations at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG - Paris, France) from Terminal 2E to Terminal 2F from May 30, 2024 (Paris, France time). Accordingly, economy class passengers (who are not Vietnam Airlines Platinum members or Skyteam Elite Plus members) will check in at Zone 3 - Terminal 2F. Business class passengers or Vietnam Airlines Platinum members or Skyteam Elite Plus members can choose to check in at Terminal 2E (as before) or at Zone 2 - Terminal 2F.

For the best experience, Vietnam Airlines encourages passengers to use the online check-in service on the website www.vietnamairlines.com, mobile application or kiosk at the airport. Passengers at Terminal 2F should proactively arrange their time to complete the procedures early before the flight and move quickly to the departure gate. It should be noted that in case the flight departs from Gate M of Terminal 2E, passengers at Terminal 2F will move to this gate by bus, with a travel time of about 30 to 40 minutes excluding waiting time for the bus.
