CareerBuilder Vietnam is a subsidiary of CareerBuilder USA - the world's largest job and recruitment network. With the criteria of transparency and objectivity, CareerBuilder and market research partner Amco conducted the annual non-profit survey "Most Favorite Employers 2022" with nearly 19,000 respondents of different ages and occupations nationwide to record the expectations of job seekers and honor businesses that have maintained their performance and are the most popular in each industry in 2022.
The survey questions were selected according to objective criteria, aiming to record the experiences of job applicants, feelings about their current job, and their wishes and expectations for the future.
According to the survey results, Vinamilk was voted by respondents as the leading recruitment brand with the most notable and interested talent attraction and retention policy in 2022, with outstanding achievements:

Vinamilk continues to lead CareerBuilder's list of Most Popular Employers of 2022.
Previously, Vinamilk also affirmed its great "attraction" to the labor market when it was voted by the Anphabe career network community to lead the "Top 100 best places to work in Vietnam" for 3 consecutive years from 2017-2020 and then became a companion partner of the above survey.
