A representative of the Vinaphone network said that the phenomenon of Vinaphone network losing signal and being unstable from late morning until this afternoon (June 14) has been fixed nationwide.

The subscribers have returned to normal operation. The initial cause was determined to be a technical problem at the switchboard. The network has issued an apology and hopes to receive sympathy from customers.

Previously, from late morning to afternoon on June 14, many Vinaphone network users were unable to make calls or send messages. Many people who called Vinaphone's switchboard were also unable to contact them.

VinaPhone is currently the second largest telecommunications company in Vietnam with 22.8% market share in 2024 and equivalent to more than 30 million subscribers.
