In Vietnam, Vinmec is the only unit that fully meets the strict criteria on medical quality to join the Cleveland Clinic Connected network. In particular, the Vinmec Can Gio project located in the Vinhomes Green Paradise coastal urban area, Long Hoa commune, Can Thanh town, Can Gio district, Ho Chi Minh City is the first Vinmec facility that Cleveland Clinic participated in planning and building from the beginning according to the "gold standard" of global health organizations.

In terms of expertise, according to the cooperation agreement, Cleveland Clinic will send leading experts to consult (directly or remotely) on complex cases with the medical team at Vinmec. Thanks to that, domestic and international visitors will have the opportunity to access high-quality clinical care services, according to Cleveland Clinic standards, right in Ho Chi Minh City. In case of needing intensive treatment, Vinmec Can Gio will support referral for patients to leading hospitals in the Cleveland Clinic system in the United States.
