Located in Tan Minh and Phu Linh communes, Soc Son district, Hanoi city, the Multi-purpose Entertainment Complex - Horse Racing Track Project was legally established under Decree 06/2017/ND-CP dated January 24, 2017 on horse racing, dog racing and international football betting business; and Consolidated Document No. 07/VBHN-BTC dated January 17, 2019 on horse racing betting business. The Multi-purpose Entertainment Complex - Horse Racing Track Project has a total investment capital of up to VND 9,577 billion, equivalent to USD 420 million with an area of 125 hectares.
