“Develop tourism products, tour programs, and tourist routes… in the direction of promoting the value of relics. Strengthen propaganda and promotion of relics through social networks, mass media, and the internet,” the leader of Vinh Phuc province requested.

The Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc is assigned to take the lead in advising on balancing and arranging provincial public investment capital to implement component projects for relic restoration and rehabilitation. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment guides the People's Committees of Vinh Tuong and Song Lo districts to update the boundaries and planning areas in the land use plans of the district and the province.

Tho Tang Communal House is located in Tho Tang town, Vinh Tuong district, built in the 17th century. Over time, the communal house still retains the architectural style of the Later Le period relatively intact.

The temple worships the famous general Lan Ho, who fought against the Yuan-Mongol invaders in the 13th century. Currently, along a stretch from Duc My - Son Vi (Phu Tho) to Vinh Tuong - Yen Lac (Vinh Phuc), there is a system of relics worshiping Lan Ho.

Tho Tang Communal House was built on a massive scale, consisting of two architectural buildings arranged in the shape of the letter “T”. The Communal House has 21 extremely delicate wood carvings, expressed on architectural components: the rafter body, the beam body, the beam body, with rich content, generalizing the cycle: labor - business - enjoyment of agricultural residents, of our people in the Le Trung Hung period.

Meanwhile, Binh Son Tower is located in the grounds of Vinh Khanh Pagoda (literally Vinh Khanh Tu, also known as Binh Son Pagoda, Then Pagoda).

The unique architecture of Binh Son tower, built during the Ly - Tran dynasties, remains almost intact, and is the tallest tower built of terracotta remaining to this day.

Binh Son Tower with its elegant shape, soft lines, and harmonious decoration is one of the top historical and artistic relics in Vietnam. According to the People's Committee of Song Lo district, there is almost no historical information about the tower, but there are many folk legends associated with the tower.

Currently, the tower has 11 floors and 1 pedestal floor (16.5m high). The tower is square, gradually narrowing towards the top. The tower was built with 13,200 fired bricks.

Outside, around Binh Son Tower is a layer of square bricks, each side is 0.46m long, covering the entire body of the tower. The outside of these bricks are decorated with rich patterns such as lemon flowers, Bodhi leaves, lions playing with a ball, winding dragons, etc. Some bricks are engraved with a single decorative pattern, while others are made from 2 or 4 bricks put together.
