Vinhomes transfers company with charter capital of over 3,000 billion VND

(Dan Tri) - Vinhomes transferred 100% of its capital contributed in assets and cash at Lighthouse 1 - a company with a charter capital of VND 3,053.7 billion, just established in July - but did not disclose the partner.

Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (stock code: VHM) announced unusual information about the transfer to partners of all capital contributions at Lighthouse 1 Real Estate Development Company Limited.

After the transfer of the above capital contribution, this company is no longer a subsidiary of Vinhomes. The transfer was said by Vinhomes to be for the purpose of "serving business activities", however, this enterprise did not disclose the transferee.

Lighthouse 1 Real Estate Development Company Limited is one of four companies established by Vinhomes in July this year. All four companies have the main business line of real estate trading and have the same head office address at TĐ 6-02, Dai An Urban Area, Nghia Tru Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province.

Of which, Lighthouse 1 Real Estate Development Company Limited has a charter capital of VND 3,053.7 billion, Vinhomes contributes capital in assets and cash with a capital contribution ratio of 100%.

Established at the same time as Lighthouse 1, there were 3 other enterprises including: Green Bay Real Estate Development Company, Green Bay 1 Real Estate Development Company Limited; Lighthouse Real Estate Development Company Limited.

Green Bay Real Estate Development Company Limited has a charter capital of VND 3,881.6 billion, in which Vinhomes contributes capital in the form of assets and the capital contribution ratio is 99.8%.

Green Bay 1 Real Estate Development Company Limited has a charter capital of VND 4,334.3 billion, Vinhomes contributes capital with assets and the capital contribution ratio is 99.8%.

Lighthouse Real Estate Development Company Limited has a charter capital of VND 3,053.7 billion (equivalent in scale to Lighthouse 1), Vinhomes contributes capital in assets and cash, the capital contribution ratio is 100%.

According to Vinhomes' consolidated financial report for the third quarter of 2024, as of September 30, the company had 45 subsidiaries. The number of employees of the company and its subsidiaries was 12,352.
