Accordingly, the VIPC Summit 2025 will take place on April 22nd at the National Convention Center, with the theme: "Promoting innovation, unlocking private capital, and ushering Vietnam into an era of growth."
The VIPC Summit 2025 builds upon the achievements of the previous four editions, expanding its scope and content, and renaming it the Vietnam Innovation Investment Forum.
The event serves as a platform connecting the community of investors, technology companies, and startup support organizations both domestically and internationally, creating a space for exchanging ideas on technology investment trends and analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the private capital market in Vietnam. Furthermore, the forum acts as a policy-making channel between the government and the private sector, aiming to effectively attract investment capital for strategic technology sectors.
The forum is expected to be attended by government leaders, the Ministry of Finance , representatives from many ministries, sectors, localities, international organizations, major investment funds, and global financial institutions such as CDH Investments, Partech Ventures, Temasek, Do Ventures, Golden Gate Ventures, Vina Capital, Mekong Capital, etc.
According to Vu Quoc Huy, Director of the National Innovation Center, Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in the development of science , technology, innovation, and national digital transformation sets out the requirement to attract and effectively utilize all investment resources for the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, especially encouraging private investment capital.
Therefore, NIC will strengthen coordination with partners in collaborative efforts to identify and mobilize resources, promote investment in innovative startups, encourage innovative ideas and new technologies, as well as address issues related to venture capital projects.
