Despite suffering from osteoarthritis, Jacqueline Hooton, 61, from West Sussex, England, plans to live to 100. The personal trainer, often described as looking like she is in her twenties, is on a mission to prove that women can look great at any age.
Jacqueline's appearance is incredibly youthful, leading many to mistake her for only 20 or 30 years old. At 61, the grandmother of three still confidently wears leggings and crop tops, inspiring many other middle-aged women.
Jacqueline, who works as an online content creator and has over 500,000 followers on Instagram, recently stunned everyone by posting a photo of herself when she was 18 and another from early 2024.
In both photos, taken 43 years apart, Jacqueline is wearing a shimmering silver dress and posing on a stool. At 61, she looks much more confident and her figure has changed very little. The most obvious difference is her gray hair and radiant smile.

In addition to posting two photos, Jacqueline also shared: "I have 5 children, 3 grandchildren, have run 2 marathons in London, participated in many half marathons at different distances. I used to be a bodybuilder, have trained for 28 years but am now a personal trainer."
Jacqueline confirmed that her physical strength is only average, but she hopes to live another 40 years, to be 100 years old.
She added: "You are never too old and it is never too late to start, so start exercising now. Everyone can extend their own lifespan. It is not about how we look but how we enjoy life as we age.
What you need to do is maintain physical function, cardiovascular health, cognitive function and reduce the risk of rapid aging. So I'm 61, please stay with me."

Jacqueline once shared with the media that she rarely diets but tries to combine a variety of fresh foods, lean proteins, healthy fats and unrefined carbs. The daily menu is not fixed but mainly based on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Her main secret to having a slim and sexy figure is hard work. She started working out after giving birth to her first son in 1989. Thanks to regular exercise, Jacqueline maintained good health and a balanced figure. Even after giving birth to her youngest child at the age of 40, she quickly regained her slim waist.
Jacqueline keeps her cardiovascular fitness up by walking, running or cycling on the beach every morning. She also works out four to five days a week at the gym, focusing on strength training exercises such as weightlifting, squats and push-ups. The 61-year-old once lifted 100kg, twice her body weight.

She wants to inspire women in their 50s and 60s to realize that exercise is important and it's never too late.
