According to initial verification results, on the afternoon of July 5, Ms. HKT picked up her child, TKL, from Gia Thuy Kindergarten and brought him home when she noticed that he was acting strangely. After examining her child's body, she discovered that he had bruises on his back, so she took him to the National Children's Hospital for examination.
The doctor determined TKL's condition as follows: "The child is awake, not swollen, the skin and mucous membranes are pink, on the upper back there are patches of skin with scattered internal bleeding lesions. Respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, nervous, ear, nose and throat and other organs have no special findings."

According to the report of Bo De Ward People's Committee, the ward worked with the Principal of Gia Thuy Kindergarten and related teachers, asking the teachers to write a report.
Bo De Ward Police have inspected and verified the incident according to the reported content, collected documents and data. The child has been assessed for injuries, but the results are not yet available.
Currently, the Board of Directors of Gia Thuy Kindergarten has temporarily suspended 2 teachers of the class to serve the verification and investigation work of competent authorities.
Previously, on the evening of July 8, TKL's family posted an article on social media with a close-up photo of their child's back, reflecting on the abuse on July 5.
According to the description of L's relatives, her back "had large bruises".
The family reported the incident to the school, and the vice principal and the teacher in charge of the class went to L.'s house to apologize. However, the teacher only admitted to the family that he had hit the child once or twice.
L.'s family requested an appointment with the principal to see the surveillance camera. After reviewing the clip in his son's class, L.'s father cried and decided to go to the ward to report the incident.
