Bong village, Thanh Son commune (Anh Son) is home to more than 250 Thai households. Every year, on the 5th day of the Lunar New Year, families in Bong village prepare offerings to bring to the temple at the beginning of the village to worship the mountain gods and river gods, praying for favorable weather, a peaceful life, and good crops.
