After two days of urgent, serious, democratic and highly responsible work, on the afternoon of October 17, the 1st Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, completed all program content and closed successfully.

During the working session on the afternoon of October 17, delegates presented their opinions on solutions to achieve the growth target of 10% or more; solutions to improve the quality of grassroots Party organizations and Party members; promote the strength of great national unity, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; determined to build Bac Lieu ward into a center of culture - arts, education - training, scientific research and trade - tourism of the province...

After the discussion, the Congress Presidium reported on the synthesis of comments on the documents submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; reported on the synthesis of comments at the groups providing comments on the draft documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the 14th National Party Congress.

The Congress unanimously voted to pass the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 with guiding viewpoints, general goals for the next 5 years and 22 main targets, 6 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs. This is the basis and important premise for the new term Provincial Party Executive Committee to strive to implement, determined to build Ca Mau - the southernmost province of the Fatherland to develop comprehensively, confidently entering a new era with the whole country.

In his closing speech at the Congress, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai affirmed: The 1st Congress of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, was a great success. The success of today's Congress is first of all thanks to the close attention, leadership and direction of the Politburo , the Central Party Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam; the regular support and very responsible and profound comments of the Central Party Committees, ministries, branches, the Fatherland Front, central organizations; the active contributions of localities, agencies, units, retired cadres, scientists, intellectuals, artists, people of all walks of life and businesses in the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai requested that, immediately after the Congress, the new Provincial Party Executive Committee and Party organizations in the Provincial Party Committee should well organize the study and thorough understanding of the Resolution of the Congress; widely propagate the results of the Congress throughout the Party Committee and the People; have specific action plans and programs to soon put the Resolution into practice; turn the Resolution into revolutionary action with new determination and new spirit; each cadre and Party member in the entire Party Committee must constantly renew their thinking, act decisively, promote the spirit of solidarity, mettle, intelligence and strong aspiration to rise up.
