Reviewing the 95-year journey of formation and development, City Party Committee member and Chief of the City Party Committee Office Tran Quoc Thang affirmed: The history of the Party Committee Office is closely linked to the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam . Since the Party's inception, the office has been a bridge of information, ensuring smooth and timely direction of Party committees at all levels, becoming an inseparable part of the Party's leadership apparatus.

Throughout the revolutionary periods, the team of office staff has always upheld the spirit of loyalty, dedication and creativity, making important contributions to every victory of the revolutionary cause.

Entering a new development stage, the Hue City Party Committee Office continues to promote the 95-year tradition of building and growing; at the same time, proactively and comprehensively innovate working methods, modernize advisory work, and serve the Party Committee. In the 2020-2025 term, the unit has affirmed its role as the center for coordinating information, organization, administration and strategic advisory of the City Party Committee; effectively advising the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in leading and directing socio-economic development, national defense, security and Party building, concretizing Resolution 54-NQ/TW of the Politburo on building Thua Thien Hue (now Hue City) into a centrally-run city.

A highlight is that the City Party Committee Office has pioneered digital transformation, forming the "Digital Office" model, a big step forward in modernizing Party work. Platforms such as the City Party Committee's electronic information portal, shared data integration center, document management and administration software, online conference system, etc. have helped work take place quickly, accurately, safely and transparently. Thanks to that, all professional activities from documents, archives, cryptography, finance, and administration are digitized and absolutely secure, ensuring information is available 24/7.

Not only modern in technology, the City Party Committee Office also focuses on building a team of cadres with courage, intelligence and a high sense of responsibility. 100% of cadres and party members are trained and fostered to improve their professional qualifications and political theory; of which 80% of department leaders have advanced theoretical qualifications.

The City Party Committee Office awarded certificates of merit to individuals with a history of working in building the City Party Committee Office.

Speaking at the meeting, Chief of the City Party Committee Office Tran Quoc Thang expressed his deep gratitude to generations of cadres and party members of the Party Committee Office through the periods. In the context of digital transformation, deep international integration and Hue City becoming a centrally-run city, the requirements for the Party Committee Office work are increasingly high. To better serve the Party's leadership, we must innovate, become more professional and modern, but still maintain discipline, identity and traditional values.

With the motto "Discipline - Responsibility - Professionalism - Modernity", the Hue City Party Committee Office is determined to continue affirming its role as a strategic advisory body, a place where intelligence and courage converge, contributing to improving the quality of leadership and direction of the City Party Committee, for the goal of building Hue to be increasingly developed, civilized and modern.

On this occasion, the Central Party Office awarded the "For the cause of the Party Committee Office" medal to the officials of the Hue City Party Committee Office for their contributions to the cause of the Party Committee Office; the City Party Committee Office also rewarded individuals who have worked to build the City Party Committee Office.
