Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Lang Ward People's Committee Vu Xuan Tien said that in recent years, Law Day has been enthusiastically responded to by all levels and sectors, with many rich forms of propaganda, such as: Law learning contests, media columns, dialogues, law learning games... helping legal content become closer, easier to remember, easier to apply in life, especially for the young generation.
To continue promoting the significance of Law Day, the Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee requested schools, teachers and students in the area to actively innovate the forms of propaganda and legal education . Each cadre, teacher and student must be a role model in complying with school rules and regulations and the laws of the State. At the same time, it is necessary to promptly commend and reward groups and individuals with initiatives and practical actions in studying and practicing the law.

Responding to the ceremony, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Lang Ha Secondary School Nguyen Van Tung said that the theme of Vietnam Law Day 2025 is "Building a culture of law compliance in the whole society, raising awareness of respect for the Constitution and law of all people and organizations".
In the past time, Lang Ha Secondary School has carried out many practical activities in response to Law Day such as: Painting on the theme of law, dramatization, thematic activities, and games to learn about the law. In particular, the school organized the activities "Not alone campaign" and "Online safety together" on preventing and combating online kidnapping, attracting the active participation of students.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, the law is the standard and measure for all behavior in society. In the educational environment, understanding and complying with the law is even more important in shaping the personality and civic consciousness of students. Learning and practicing the law helps students know how to protect themselves, respect others, and stay away from social evils.
Each student needs to proactively comply with school rules, obey traffic laws, say no to school violence and build a culture of healthy and safe behavior in cyberspace.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Hanoi City State Legal Aid Center provided information on "Cybersecurity issues for students" to teachers and students attending.
