Attending the Conference were Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Loc - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy Chief of Politics of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command; Representatives of the Military Court, Military Procuracy of Region 41, Military Region 4; Department of Justice, Provincial Youth Union; Border Guard Command, Defense Command of Region 3 - Quy Chau and agencies and units; together with more than 350 cadres, union members, youth and people of Quy Chau commune.

Steering Committee 1371 of Nghe An Provincial Military Command presented the Defense Command of Region 3 - Quy Chau and the Military Command of Quy Chau commune with a legal bookcase and some legal books; presented 20 gifts, each worth 1,000,000 VND, to relatives of non-commissioned officers and soldiers enlisted in 2024 and 2025 with difficult circumstances in Quy Chau commune.
