The ceremony to celebrate Vietnam Law Day 2025 will be held on November 7.

(Chinhphu.vn) - On November 7, 2025, at the Ministry of Justice Hall, the Ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day 2025 will be held in a combination of in-person and online formats with 34 local connection points.

Sharing at the Ministry of Justice's third quarter press conference on the afternoon of October 27, Mr. Phan Hong Nguyen, Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Dissemination, Education and Legal Aid (Ministry of Justice) said that in order to implement the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the spirit of the Law on Dissemination and Education of Law 2012, with the consent of Mr. Le Thanh Long, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Central Council for Coordinating Legal Dissemination and Education, the Council organized the Ceremony to respond to the Vietnam Law Day 2025 with the nature of organizing a national-scale Ceremony.

Accordingly, the response ceremony will take place on the morning of November 7, 2025 at the Ministry of Justice Hall, in the form of direct and online connection with 34 local connection points.

The ceremony was chaired by representatives of the National Assembly leaders, attended by representatives of the Government leaders, central departments, ministries and branches; representatives of the National Assembly delegations of provinces and cities; members of the Central and provincial legal dissemination coordination councils; Party committees and authorities of 34 provinces and cities; representatives of Party committees, authorities, and socio- political organizations at the commune level...

According to Mr. Phan Hong Nguyen, the response ceremony has profound political and legal significance in the context that the country has been implementing many important policies in reforming the organizational apparatus, operating the two-level local government smoothly and effectively; perfecting institutions and policies with the motto of taking people and businesses as the center; promoting private economic development, implementing innovation, scientific and technological creation and national digital transformation to meet the requirements of national development in the new era.

In particular, the entire Party, army and people are actively striving and making efforts to implement tasks to complete the economic development goals set for 2025 and make achievements to welcome the organization of the 14th National Party Congress.

The Ceremony is also an occasion to honor and award certificates of merit to outstanding collectives and individuals in the work of building and enforcing laws, and to commend individuals who were voted and recognized as Good Law Models for the third time.
