On the afternoon of October 31, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) coordinated with relevant units to organize the acceptance of the project "Support for the application of advanced machinery and equipment in ceramic production" at Sau Mung Company Limited (Cai Nhum commune) and Phong Van Private Enterprise (Thanh Duc ward).

On the afternoon of October 31, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) coordinated with relevant units to organize the acceptance of the project "Support for the application of advanced machinery and equipment in ceramic production" at Sau Mung Company Limited (Cai Nhum commune) and Phong Van Private Enterprise (Thanh Duc ward).

This is an activity within the local industrial promotion plan for 2025, implemented according to Decision No. 1699/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2025 of the People's Committee of Vinh Long province on approving the industrial promotion activity plan, the Plan to implement the project "Supporting the building and development of brands in Vinh Long province until 2025" and the project "Enhancing the value chain of the red ceramic production industry in Vinh Long province in 2025".

In particular, Phong Van Private Enterprise invested in 1 soil mixer and 2 large pot rotating machines with a total value of 270 million VND, in which the support fund from the "Project to improve the value chain of the red ceramic production industry in Vinh Long province in the period 2021-2025" in 2025 is 127 million VND. At Sau Mung Company Limited, invested in 1 air compressor worth 60 million VND, in which the support fund is 28 million VND.

Supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment to help ceramic manufacturing enterprises innovate technology, increase productivity, reduce production costs, contribute to improving product quality and developing the Vinh Long ceramic brand.

The acceptance is also an opportunity for the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion and businesses to evaluate the actual effectiveness of the support program, while promoting and disseminating industrial promotion policies, encouraging businesses to continue investing in equipment innovation, towards green and sustainable production in the coming time.
