At the conference, representatives of Fire Prevention and Rescue Team No. 29 ( Hanoi City Police) discussed and guided some new points of the Law on Fire Prevention and Rescue, Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Fire Prevention and Rescue; responsibilities of the People's Committees at the commune level in fire prevention and rescue work; and guided measures to organize implementation at the local level.
Within the framework of the conference, representatives of the People's Committee of Phu Cat commune and the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Area 29 (Hanoi City Police) signed the handover of facilities under their decentralized management authority.
In addition, at the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tuan Duong - Deputy Head of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi Police discussed and guided officers and Phu Cat Commune Police on some key tasks, answered questions and recommendations of the Commune People's Committee in fire prevention and rescue work.
In the spirit of accepting the opinions of the representative of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi Police, Chairman of Phu Cat Commune People's Committee Hoang Nguyen Ung emphasized that Phu Cat determined that fire prevention and rescue work is not a temporary task, but must be carried out regularly, continuously, in depth, with clear inspection, evaluation and handling. In order for fire prevention and rescue work to be truly effective and practical, the commune mobilizes the synchronous, responsible and drastic participation from the local government to each village, each agency, unit and each citizen.
The Chairman of Phu Cat Commune People's Committee also committed that, immediately after the conference, he would promptly develop a specific action plan, suitable to the practical conditions of the locality; strengthen close coordination with specialized units to organize training, professional development, and periodic fire prevention and fighting drills; promote the role of the community, especially the civil defense force, and inter-family fire safety teams, ensuring that each residential area is proactive in prevention and ready to respond when an incident occurs...
