This is one of a series of events organized by Thien Loc commune from now until the end of 2025, to practically celebrate important events of the whole nation, city and commune, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people and expressing the spirit of pride, trust and expectation in the new term of the Party Committee and government of Thien Loc commune.
Speaking at the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony of the projects, Director of the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board of Thien Loc commune Tran Minh Thai said that among the 4 projects that had groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies today, 2 projects were inaugurated, which are the road project connecting Van Noi - Kim Chung road to Hoang Sa road and Hau Duong bridge.
In particular, the investment project to build the road connecting Van Noi - Kim Chung road to Hoang Sa road is synchronized according to the planning with a route length of 1.6km, width of 17.5m, recovered area of 2.8ha mainly agricultural land, affecting 80 households with a total investment of 32 billion VND. On August 20, 2020, the project was approved by the People's Committee of the old Dong Anh district in Decision No. 5110/QD-UBND. On June 8, 2021, the project was approved by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district in Decision No. 4560/QD-UBND. The construction unit Hoang Oanh Group Joint Stock Company is the representative member of the consortium.
The second project is the investment in the construction of Hau Duong bridge, with a cross-section of 21.25m, a length of 23.3m, a lane width of 11.25m and a sidewalk width of 5m on each side. The total investment is 34 billion VND. On September 14, 2021, the project was approved by the People's Committee of the old Dong Anh district in Decision No. 10533/QD-UBND. On February 2, 2023, the project was approved by the People's Committee of Dong Anh district in Decision No. 166/QD-UBND. The construction unit, Hung Cuong Construction Company, is the representative member of the consortium.
Two projects were started today, August 8, namely: The project to complete the technical infrastructure of the Northeast of Mach Lung village and the project to invest in building the road to Vong La Secondary School. Both projects have completed the selection of qualified contractors to start the project. The site clearance work was basically smooth because the people recognized the role, investment goals and significance, actively cooperated and coordinated to hand over the site to the investor early.
The first project is to invest in building a road to Vong La Secondary School according to the plan. The project has been approved by the People's Committee of the old Dong Anh district in Decision No. 9334/QD-UBND dated August 18, 2021 and approved the project in Decision No. 13943/QD-UBND dated December 10, 2024. Project scale: The starting point intersects with the road outside the fence of Bac Thang Long Industrial Park. The end point intersects with the road connecting to Ta Hong dike. The total length of the road is about 323.18m, the cross-section is 17m, the land recovery area is 0.54ha, mainly agricultural land allocated according to Decree 64/CP with a total investment of 32 billion VND. The project's construction start date is August 8, 2025 with a contract implementation period of 400 days. It is expected that the project will be implemented, handed over and put into use in September 2026.
The second project is to build and complete the technical infrastructure in the Northeast of Mach Lung village. The project has been approved by the People's Committee of the old Dong Anh district in Decision No. 4939/QD-UBND dated May 30, 2024 and approved the project in Decision No. 12591/QD-UBND dated November 28, 2024. The scale of the project is to build and complete technical infrastructure items, including: Leveling, roads, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, water supply, electricity supply, lighting, telecommunications, fire prevention and fighting, trees, parking lots and other technical infrastructure items with a land use scale of about 7.5 hectares and a total investment of 177 billion VND. The total number of households within the land acquisition boundary for project implementation is 232 households with an area of 64,294.9 m2 (agricultural land). The project's construction start date is July 30, 2025 with a contract implementation period of 281 days. The project is expected to be implemented, handed over and put into use in May 2026.
Speaking at the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony of the projects, Chairman of Thien Loc Commune People's Committee Nguyen Huu Dung requested the Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board, contractors, contractors, consultants, supervisors and related units to focus the highest on human resources and equipment to speed up the construction progress, ensure technical, aesthetic and quality goals, and at the same time absolutely ensure labor safety, traffic safety, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, security and order so that the projects can be completed soon and put into service for the people in the best way.
Comrade Nguyen Huu Dung requested the Party Committee, leaders of villages, sectors, organizations and people in Thien Loc commune to join hands, contribute, and create all favorable conditions for the projects to be implemented according to plan, progress, and ensure safety and quality as set out.
