This morning, February 11, the 2nd day of the first lunar month of the year of the Dragon - 2024, Vinh Hoa commune, Vinh Linh district organized the traditional Bai Choi Festival.

This festival has been maintained for many years with 11 playing huts. This is an important cultural event for the people in the whole commune every time Tet comes. The Bai Choi festival is not only a folk game for pure entertainment but also associated with the unique art of singing and calling Bai Choi accompanied by music , mainly folk melodies.
The content of these songs is meant to praise the homeland, the country, encourage the spirit of hard work, production, joining hands to build a happy life, development... What makes this game attractive is its rusticity. Everyone can participate, regardless of age, gender, local or foreign. The community spirit is put first, music always accompanies the whole game, creating the difference as well as the unique appeal of this folk game.
The Bai Choi festival contributes to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere for Tet, welcoming a new year with many new hopes and successes.
