What they need is not only hardware design engineers but also senior engineers. From that reality, experts say that Vietnam needs to build a specific strategy to develop advanced human resources for the microchip, chip and semiconductor technology industry. In particular, universities are responsible for building microchip technology training programs with support from the Government .
