Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat was established on July 1, 2025 based on the merger of Ward 7 of Da Lat City (old), Lac Duong Town and Lat Commune of Lac Duong District (old) of Lam Dong Province. Currently, this is the ward with the largest area in the province.
This is the long-standing settlement of the K'Ho ethnic community, especially at the foot of Lang Biang Mountain. Since then, this land has formed very unique cultural values of the K'Ho people in particular and the ethnic groups of the Southern Central Highlands in general.
