Building a healthy cultural environment in all areas of social life, focusing on the role of family and community; constantly improving the quality of life and human development index of Bac Giang people; gradually narrowing the gap in cultural enjoyment between regions and social classes, especially in rural areas, remote areas, ethnic minority and mountainous areas, where many workers are concentrated; preventing and repelling the degradation of social ethics. Along with taking care of building a cultural environment in families, clans, residential areas, agencies, units, schools, and enterprises; preserving and promoting traditional cultural values; developing unique and distinctive cultural and tourism products; developing diverse types of literature and art. Building a synchronous and modern system of cultural and sports institutions to be one of the leading provinces in the Northern midlands and mountainous region. Building a healthy cultural market, promoting the development of cultural industries, and enhancing the promotion of Bac Giang culture. Creating unity in thinking, awareness, and action of all levels, sectors, and localities; identifying the building and development of Bac Giang culture and people as a key and regular task in the leadership and direction process. Focus on investing resources so that Bac Giang's culture and people truly become a solid spiritual foundation of society, an important and breakthrough endogenous resource to successfully achieve the goal of making Bac Giang develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably. Fight against evil, crime, social evils, backward customs, especially wrong views, bad and toxic information on cyberspace, which negatively affect the thinking and behavior of cadres, party members and people, especially young people. Focus on building a healthy and synchronous cultural environment in families, schools and society. Proactively build internal rules and working regulations associated with building a healthy cultural environment; review and supplement regulations on specific and appropriate cultural value standards in each agency and unit. Strictly implement the Law on Democracy at the Grassroots, regulations on office culture and community conventions in residential areas, enforce public ethics in agencies, units and enterprises, ensure security and safety in cyberspace.
