The political report presented at the Congress stated that Tuy Phuoc commune was established on the basis of merging 5 old commune-level localities (Tuy Phuoc town, Dieu Tri town, Phuoc Loc commune, Phuoc Thuan commune, Phuoc Nghia commune), with a natural area of 53.37 ^km2 and a population of over 77,500 people. Tuy Phuoc commune Party Committee has 78 subordinate party organizations and 2,343 party members.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Tuy Phuoc commune sets the goal of building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; ensuring national defense, security and social security; promoting the tradition, strength of great national unity, will and aspiration to rise up. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee suggested that in the 2025-2030 term, Tuy Phuoc Commune Party Committee needs to quickly stabilize the organization, build solidarity and unity in the entire Party Committee, the entire people and the entire army - this is the top priority and has decisive significance. Building a clean and strong Party and political system; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the contingent of cadres and Party members.

Promote democracy and consolidate the great national unity bloc. Continue to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations towards being close to the grassroots and the people.

Comrade Tran Minh Son noted that, with its position as a gateway locality in the Northwest region, the administrative center of Gia Lai province, located in the development axis of the East-West economic corridor of the province, with many potentials and advantages for comprehensive development in all fields (near Quy Nhon Port and the national highways and the North-South railway passing through the commune), Tuy Phuoc needs to focus on mobilizing all resources to invest in developing synchronous traffic infrastructure with the connecting route from An Nhon to the coastal road west of Thi Nai lagoon, Cat Tien - Diem Van, the connecting road from National Highway 19C to Quy Nhon Port.

In addition, the commune proactively coordinates with provincial departments and branches to develop a master plan, focusing on land use planning. Organizes reviews, proposes adjustments and supplements to the development plan of industrial parks and clusters...

Promote the development of high-quality service and trade sectors, eco-tourism and culture. Develop ecological agriculture, apply high technology, close to processing industry, trade and tourism. Rapidly develop OCOP products with typical brands of the commune. Focus on developing the private economy, creating an open and transparent investment and business environment in the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo. Promote the application of science and technology, especially digital transformation, building digital government and smart cities.

At the same time, focus on developing culture and society, improving the quality of people's lives, and consider people as the center and driving force of social development. Take comprehensive care of the fields of education, health, culture, and sports; effectively implement social security policies, policies for people with meritorious services, and social protection beneficiaries... Strengthen national defense and security, maintain political stability, order, and social safety.

In the two-level local government model, the commune is the administrative level that is most direct and closest to the people; Tuy Phuoc commune needs to innovate its management thinking towards a creative government, building a team of commune officials with comprehensive capacity, the ability to apply digital technology, understand the people, and be close to reality. It is necessary to promote administrative reform and digital application in handling administrative procedures to serve people and businesses.

Comrade Tran Minh Son expressed his belief that Tuy Phuoc will build an increasingly rich, civilized, and modern commune, worthy of being one of the key areas of Gia Lai province, and together with the whole country, firmly entering the era of national development.
