On January 7, the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City approved the detailed construction plan of 1/500 of the resettlement area in Tam Phuoc Ward to serve the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway project. This is the third residential area in Dong Nai to serve the expressway project, after the two projects Long Duc and Long Phuoc in Long Thanh District started construction in 2023.
Tam Phuoc resettlement area is 31 hectares wide, with a population of about 6,500 people. The project has more than 12 hectares for 1,280 plots of land along with houses and townhouses for resettlement. The project also builds social security works such aseducation , commercial services, green parks, kindergartens for about 340 children...
Bien Hoa City People's Committee is completing procedures to start the project this year, in time for completion in 2026.

Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway (phase 1) is 53.7 km long (the section through Dong Nai alone is 34 km long), with a scale of 4-6 lanes, with a total investment of more than 17,800 billion VND. To implement the project, Dong Nai reclaimed nearly 400 hectares of more than 2,000 households in Bien Hoa City and Long Thanh District. The province plans to build 4 resettlement areas.
