1. Which agency owns the blue license plate car?

According to Clause 5, Article 37 of Circular 24/2023/TT-BCA, blue-plate vehicles are vehicles of domestic agencies, organizations and individuals, specifically:

- Car license plates have a blue background, white letters and numbers, and the license plate series uses one of the following 11 letters: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, L, M.

- For motorcycles with a blue background, white letters and numbers, the license plate series uses one of the following 11 letters: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, L, M combined with a natural number from 1 to 9.

Accordingly, through the symbols on the license plate, people can identify which agency the vehicle belongs to as follows:

- Symbol A: Issued to vehicles of Party agencies;

- Symbol B: Office of the President ;

- Symbol C: Office of the National Assembly and agencies of the National Assembly;

- Symbol D: Office of the National Assembly Delegation, People's Councils at all levels; Central Steering Committees;

- Symbol E: People's Police, People's Court, People's Procuracy;

- Symbol F: Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies;

- Symbol G: National Traffic Safety Committee;

- Symbol H: People's Committees at all levels and specialized agencies under the People's Committees at provincial and district levels;

- Symbol K: Socio-political organization (Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vietnam Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Vietnam Women's Union, Vietnam Veterans Association, Vietnam Farmers' Association);

- Symbol L: Public service unit, except for public driving training and testing center;

- Symbol M: Project management board has state management function;

2. Which agency owns the red plate car?

Red license plate is the license plate issued to motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense.

Accordingly, this license plate is specified as follows:

- Red license plate background, white letters and numbers embossed according to the design of the Department of Vehicles;

- On the background of the sign is embossed the military emblem, 20mm in diameter:

+ Long license plate: Military emblem embossed above the first dash;

+ Short license plate: Military emblem is stamped on the left side, the distance between the height of the unit symbol letters.
