In 2024, Vinh Phuc province has the highest average score in block A00 in the country with 22,749 points.
Second place is Bac Ninh with an average score of 22,534.

Nam Dinh ranked 4th with an average score of 22,379.
Ranked 5th is Ninh Binh with 22,283 points.
The next 5 localities in the top 10 with the highest A00 scores are Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, Binh Duong, Ha Nam, and Nghe An, respectively.
Meanwhile, Hanoi ranked 32nd, and Ho Chi Minh City ranked 48th.
